The Thrybergh Short courses involves a swim of approximately 200-400m and a run of 2.8km (one circuit of the lake)
The Long course involves a swim of between 600-800m and a run of 5.6km (2 times around the lake)

Aqua Sphere are powering these events and have provided Prize Goody-bags worth up to £50 which will be given to first places on both long and short courses with a special prize for ‘most deserving athlete at the event’ given at the event directors’ discretion. Prize giving will happen after the event has finished.
