Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Lake District, Windermere is 10.5 miles (18km) long, and is one of the swimming world’s most iconic swims. As the largest lake in England this swim is a true marathon swim.
Due to the incredible demand from swimmers with a passion to swim this lake, we are hosting two End-2-End swims in 2015…

Windermere is a LONG swim, and not one for the novice swimmer. We will be supporting successful applicants with swim training plans, and a few pre-swim sessions on swim-feeds, safety and long distance swimming techniques.
