These sets are designed to for intermediate swimmers – those who can easily do at least 400m freestyle without rest. These sets include distance, speed and technique sets for use in a 25m pool. Each set is designed for a one hour session (but if you’re just starting out and it takes a bit longer DO NOT WORRY! – the more swimming you do, the more your swim-fitness will increase!)
