Scottish Winter Swim 2024
Description:
Scottish winter swim camp 2024.
Join us for a fun weekend of safe winter swimming with the opportunity to complete your ice mile qualifier or ice mile ( subject to temperature ). If you want to join us but don't want to do an ice mile we've got you covered as well, they'll be a team on hand to take you to fantastic local dipping locations* in areas of outstanding natural beauty where you can swim / dip, laugh and chat, with a possibility of cake and a hot drink after.
The swim Camp will start with arrivals and registration on Thursday 5th December from 2pm and finish after breakfast on Sunday 8th December.

Accomadation
Set in the heart of Cairngorms National Park with views over the Northern Corries, this award winning youth hostel is only seven miles from Aviemore and a short walk from the banks of Loch Morlich, with the highest sandy beach in the UK.
This four star VisitScotland accredited hostel offers a wide range of comfortable private rooms and shared dorms all with separate washrooms. Other facilities include: a well-equipped self-catering kitchen, two comfortable lounges, pool table, laundry, drying room and a secure bike store. Basic provisions, confectionery and soft drinks are available to purchase at reception.
We will do our best to group friends travelling together but rest assured if you are travelling alone we will accommodate you in a same sex room and will do our best to make sure you leave with new swim friends at the end of the weekend.
Meals - this weekend is on a half board basis so we will provide the following -
Thursday - Evening Meal at 7pm
Friday - Continental Breakfast & Evening Meal
Saturday - Continental Breakfast & Christmas Evening Meal
Sunday - Cooked Breakfast
Unlimited Tea, Coffee & Hot Chocolate
The kitchen is well equipped so please feel free to use it for your lunches.
