Lane Swimming

Swimyourswim are running coached lane swim sessions at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre.

The lane swims are open to all levels of swimmer – from those just learning to swim freestyle to those wishing to improve their technique, speed, and stamina.

Each session provides an hour of tailored coaching based around programmed swim sets with qualified Open Water Coaches supporting your every stroke, and costs only £5.
