Phil Jackson notched up his 3rd Ice mile yesterday morning ( subject to ratification ) in a super quick time of 28.05, knocking a full 2 minutes and four seconds off of last months time, and beating his previous record by 1 minute and 44 seconds, it must have been the warm 4ºc water.
