Circuit Drills – session two Tonight saw 52 swimmers taking to the lanes for the second coached session of the series which involved the swimmers circuit training using our favourite swim drills. Saturday saw the begining of our winter swim clubs at Hatfield and Thrybergh with 15 amazing swimmers starting their winter swim journeys.
