We are delighted to announce that we are adding Ullswater to our Iswam series of swims in 2024.
Ullswater is the second largest lake by area and volume after windermere at around 7.5 miles long, and at it’s deepest point 63 metres deep.
The one way swim route for Swim Ullswater will take swimmers a distance of approximately 7.5 miles from Glenridding, to Pooley Bridge.
Swimmers will need to be able to complete the swim in a maximum time of 6 hours. Places are limited to 18 so this will be a great opportunity to make new friends as you swim alongside some of the most stunning scenery the Lake District has to offer.
