On 30th November 2013, exactly one year ago, Leon and Alistair, founding coaches at Swimyourswim, successfully achieved the ‘ultimate’ in winter swims – an Ice Mile. The Yorkshire Outdoor Swimmers WINTER SWIM CLUB launched this afternoon with a chilly swim in 10ºC water at Harthill Reservoir.
