During lockdown we’re all looking for ways to exercise safely. Whilst we usually leave the dry land training to the experts we thought we would share our closely guarded secret to successful sit ups.


This isn’t for the feint hearted and requires a degree of dexterity, swimmers should find this method easy and perfectly tailored for their needs. Please make sure you warm up carefully and gradually increase your sit up’s according to your fitness level.
