Loch Awe Winter Ice Mile Camp

An amazing opportunity to join us at Loch Awe this November for our first Scottish Winter Swim Camp.

Located at Torran Bay we’ll be hosting two days of ice mile attempts* and three days of winter training.

From the 24th – 28th November you’ll have access to IISA officials and existing ice milers to discuss all things ice and help you through your ice mile ambitions. We will provide full safety cover both in and out of the water with all attempts being completed on a 1-1 basis.

There will be a recovery room with our experienced team on hand to make sure your recovery is safe and with over 100 ice miles under our belt you know you’ll be well looked after.

We will also be running small group swims if your partners or swim buddies don’t fancy an ice mile but want to swim.

There will only be 20 swim spots available so space is limited .

Included in your winter swim camp –

Bed, breakfast, lunch and an evening meal

Fully supported Ice Mile Attempt or 1k Qualifier

Video & Photographs to support your ice mile ratification
