Gentle reminder for this weekends revised schedule due to most of the team being in Scotland for the winter swimming championships.
Friday – Thorne coached lane session – cancelled.
Saturday – Hatfield swimming – cancelled – no ice miles or general swimming.
Saturday – Thrybergh swimming – cancelled.
Sunday – Aston – Running as normal
