SYS are holding a number of ICE MILE SWIM attempts across the winter of 2023/24. We had the pleasure of watching Sam Farrow complete the length of Loch Awe in record time at the beginning of the month. Sam swum the 26 miles in 11hrs and 44 minutes including feeding every hour and maintaining a pace of 3.2k an hour throughout, an absolutely AWEsome swim.
