Coach Development Day
Following on from the successful launch of our coaches development day in January we will be hosting another opportunity for six open water coaches to join us in March. So If you’re an open water swimming coach looking to develop your personal technique, whilst learning how to identify and correct stroke flaws in the swimmers you coach, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
In partnership with Stuart Hacker from Swimcube, SYS will be hosting a development day for six coaches at Stuarts superb facility at Brixworth Country Park in Northampton.
You will each have a one hour video analysis session where we’ll discuss technical stroke development and the improvement delivery to your students to make their experience more enjoyable and productive. These sessions will help you when you’re delivering your own coached sessions in the future.
We will also review previous swim analysis sessions on the main screen so we have the opportunity to explore differing techniques and corrections, learning how to provide the best service possible to your swimmers in order to help them improve their technique, stamina and endurance, whilst minimising the risk of injury.
