The first Introduction to Sea Swimming course has got underway today.
The weekend course, hosted by SwimYourSwim coach Cate Read & Rob Pollard saw Simon Pollard (Ed, no relation!) enjoying a challenging day at Bowleaze Bay.

English Channel Team Selection.
This morning saw some pretty impressive swimming from the 2018 SwimYourSwim Channel swimmers, who completed their assessment miles in style. The makings of two further teams were instantly created and will join our existing 2018 team.
Its going to be great fun watching these three teams train and achieve their channel goals together.
