Our 2023 Lake end to end swims are starting off with a beautiful swim in Bala this June.
At just over 3 miles it’s a good starter distance for an open water event swim, although don’t be fooled into thinking it’s easy. Bala can be quite a challenge, which makes finishing this swim even more special.
We will be starting at 10am on Sunday morning ( 11th June ) from Llangower public beach, near the railway station, and then follow the northwest shore, finishing at the slipway at the northern point of the Lake.
The team from SYS will be providing full safety support on the day, it’s without doubt Izzy’s favourite swim of the season.
