This weekend saw the first Swimyourswim ‘3 Lakes Challenge’ event take place with 10 swimmers taking part in swimming one mile in each of three venues. SYS will be running freestyle (front crawl) coaching sessions on 9th and 16th July for open water swimmers wishing to learn how to swim front crawl OR improve their technique.
