A big thank you to everyone involved in tonights coached lane session at Queens Park Leisure Centre.
It was great to be back and to see so many friendly faces along with some new, very speedy ones, all working hard in the pool to improve their technique and swim fitness. We especially want to thank our amazing coaching team of Paul, Jane, Jane and Izzy for delivering tonights fun session ( it was fun wasn’t it Dan? ). A special mention to Abigail and Lucy for holding their own in Lane 2, cracking swimming and to Billy for the amazing dayglo pink fins – outstanding sir.
